Thank you for joining us for our Final round of Hot Lunches. Payment options have changed, so please read the instructions below.

It’s time to place your orders for January to March 2026. The ordering deadline is March 27th, 2026.

1. We've changed our payment system to automatic processing only. This means PayPal fees have been removed and you can complete payment immediately without extra steps! (If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card through their platform) This new paperless system helps ensure smooth and accurate processing without delayed manual processing.
   
   
2. Please be mindful that if you place an order in the system (even without payment) it is still counted and processed as ordered.
   
   
3. We also have a no-refund policy within two weeks of an event as our vendors still charge us for the orders we place in advance. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us two or more weeks in advance.
   
   
4. On Hot Lunch Day: Please remind your child of their order. Instruct them that if something is missing, they are to go outside of the office where the hot lunch team is ready to correct any mistakes. We cannot help, if we don't know!
